ABOUT THE AUTHOR Jason Kaplan is the author and illustrator of Things that Suck. He was raised in Maryland, and studied English and Anthropology in college. He began his career by making sound effects for elephants on National Geographic and ended up selling bidets on the Internet. Jason is also lonely and loves to procrastinate. I’m not sure this is a job I would like to have: put on a pair of really heavy rubber gloves and jam a shit-busting cable 200 feet into a pipe. Then pull it back out and clean off whatever comes with it.
